Can't make my L2jserver online...

Hello everyone, I have this crazy problem, I mean, i've done everything right, and it still doesen't work.
I can enter my server but my friends can't, can anyone help me solve this problem?

Yes i've opened 2106,7777,9014,80,53,2009 tcp/udp ports like l2jserver recommended, i've opened them in my firewall and in my router aswell, still no difference at all, is this problem normal? I've done this with a server that I had and it worked and now, on this one its different , and it wasn't a pre-config pack, I downloaded a clean version and I made my own customs etc...
I've changed l2.ini serveraddr to my external ip aswell
I''ve added my ip with l2auth to my hosts list aswell
I mean its just tooooooooooooooo muuuuuuuuuuuuuch wierd.... help plz :p
Any help would be appreciated

Damn... Can I save my l2jfrozen database , armors, weapons, teleports, spawnlist etc.. that I made? And make a restorebackup on that that rev?

nevermind that already lost everything :p, I've done everything, the result is : the same ... problably its my new router because I've mooved recently and I had a server on my previous router and I did the same I did this time with my old server and it worked 100% and now I've mooved, and changed internet company and ever since I never was able to open a online server again... can you tell me if this router blocks anything or something that makes people unable to connect to my servers? Huawei HG8247a aKa the useless router ... ^_^

You should try with default l2.ini, using only the hosts file.
For some reason, every time I tried to define a custom IP in l2.ini, the client wouldn't connect anymore.

I did with that program before and now aswell, still the same :/ maybe its my router that is blocking people to connect me because it's a router that also connects to the phone and the tv etc... am I wrong?

How are your friends connecting? By hosts or did you add IP to l2.ini?

suggested is editing of hosts. at least worked for me
