Buffing flagged summoner don't get caster flagged

Hello, i have an Interlude revision, and i was wondering where can i find a fix for this problem:
Buffing flagged summoner don't get caster flagged.

I was searching bug tracker tickets and couldnt find any solution.
Ignorance comes when you dont want to know the truth about facts.
