Account/Login is freezed

Hi, I've just finish all steps from all guides and next rules to create l2j server .. I run startloginserver it works, I run startgameserver and it works ... i have added this :
"*My ipadress*" l2authd.lineage2.com
127.0.0.1 localhost
but when i run l2.exe my accounts are freezed and if i write my ID and pass and click OK nothink happend ... I try restart server and nothink happend ... And Yes ... i have created account my database ... Can you help me ? Thanks for asnwers ..

There you put in your IP adresse ....
My Ipaddress = 83.208.189.*** and this is (w/o ***) in hosts

that happens when you follow unofficial/outdated guides...

Pfff ok i try that guide .. but i have unbelieve problem When i'm installing MySql Server instance configuration and i am in step when program is executing ...there are 4 steps ... Prepare Configiration-> Write configuration file -> Start service -> apply security ... but when it starts ( step 3 ) it just freeze and nothnik happend ... I try total reinstal of MySQL but i dont work .. i try other versions (like 5.1) but it have same problem ...

Your post doesn't give much info, if you can't explain with words post some screenshots.

check your mysql error file (.err file) and you will know what fails.

it could be log file sizes, in that case delete the mysql old logs (ib_logfile files).

Are you under some router?
If yes redirect ports from it to your pc you'll need 2106 and 7777.
Have you checked if firewall doesn't blocks 2106/7777 port?
