probably due MySQL process is already running, so wait until it finish (you will see an error window with a red X) then press skip.

then open "MySQL Server Instance Configuration Wizard (MySQLInstanceConfig.exe)" again and select "Reconfigure Instance" and configure it again.

btw, I recommend you to select "Transactional Database Only" because it will give more priority to InnoDB tables
