[Solved] Accesslevels

Hello all,

I am wondering why editing acesslevel in l2jgs db for characters doesn't work?? I would love to test out the admin commands for editing npc's but I need to somehow get thru this first

Any ideas? the gameserver resets accesslevels in-game. Even if my character title is green, I still can't execute commands (i.e. //announce helloworld = nothing happens). I have tried all sorts of combinations, including setting the acesslevel of login server account and its respective characters same. It doesn't work

Edit them with character logged off and master access level is 8.
