Mail to all characters with attached item - is it possible?

There is no support for other server builds than the official provided by l2jserver.com

Is it possible to somehow send mail from Admin character to all characters in server with attached items?
I'm sure this can't be done from in-game, but is it possible to do this somehow on database side? maybe some sql?
