There seems to be a problem with couple skills learnable for fishing proofs - expand storage, expand inventory, and expand trade - only dwarven can learn them, and should be aviable for everybody.
I can't find where does skill learn describes class that can learn it. Could anyone point me a finger to it?

If you are using http://svn.l2jserver.com/trunk/ I would recommend you to switch to http://svn.l2jserver.com/branches/unstable/
