Impossible to change NPC name.

Hello, we are trying to change NPC name and title but without any success. We restarted server few times, but it didn't helped. We tried to edit in game and in sql.

did you also changed serversideTitle and serversideName to 1 ?

are you trying to change regular npcs or custom npcs?

ok, so, it is a custom npc. do you have it in the npc table or in the custom_npc table? because now there is a bug that you cannot edit npc from custom_npc table in game, you have to do it in the database (edit database when server is down).

Thats a post from 2009 (Fri Jun 19, 2009 11:44 am).

But we are in 2012 -nice year btw -
and your custom npcs need `showName` = 1 in npcaidata.sql or custom_npcaidata.sql
