Error with Character & DataRootPack

After logging in for the first time on my server, the character does not move, it looks like on scr, can not I see what he writes in the chat. Plz help.
The second error is the fact that if it does not fit DataRootPack server is running, and if I type in where the pack is the server shows:

you have many table missing , delete and reinstall

You have datapack missing or in wrong folder or config fo datapack root is wrong.

By the way Nightshade none of the errors shown are from missing tables

Can you read the image with the errors?
It says missing directories in datapack folder and you say missing tables?

Please don't provide support if you don't want to look carefully the user post, you will end up confusing other users.
