Freya server, i can't set to be online

i config all but can't login from my ip, works only with local host to login

First are you using High Five, if yes you posted in wrong area, also you have outdated config files.
Second the ipconfig.xml file is wrong: <define subnet="192.168.0.0/16" address="195.255.140.2" />
Check you have hosts file properly done.
The title says Freya but your allowed revisions says High Five, check where you got the files, also there are missing configs that are present in L2J and that is just for login/server config files.
