Hello, i dont know where to ask this. So here it goes:

Can someone explain me for example, if i aquire some dedicated machine with Debian operating system installed, and i need to acess remotely, how can i activate the gameserver console, loginserver console, and managing files in real time?
Is there any company who let me do that? Or some program?
