I have quite a big server from some time and today my server crushed, thats error log: http://pastebin.com/6HSJMfT4

I dont know what could cause it, nothing special was happening while server crushed.

First of all, try updating to Java 7..

If that doesn't solve the problem, try disabling your geodata.

I can confirm the problem that the current l2j server version crashes from time to time and that really totally randomly. But hey, its stated to be unstable so..

And I have Java 7 and tried with and without geodata but for a different reason and it happened again this or that way.
I have promises to keep and miles to go before I sleep.

I have the same issue when i run my server for testing on Windows.

On Linux y never had errors ;)

I think its an error with the geodata and pathnodes, with offset zones, try re updating the geodata.

On windows i had this error 2 or 3 times, but with linux never.
