[HELP] How to Spawn in Game ??

Hi all, i read this post viewtopic.php?f=73&t=22078 i do all off say in this installation instructions, but, Where put //spawn 999999 for spawn the buffer ??? I need to change any *.properties ????
Please help me.

You need to enable CustomSpawnlistTable in General.properties
My English is bad, if you don't understand me, call Plim and she translates it xD
