I searched the forum and in the zone files and not found so I would know how I can block the use of or Scroll of Scape in a specific zone?

You can't really block it i believe. What you can do is delete it from multisells or just generally delete item from database and noone can use it

Edit item use condition in xml files.

Which XML should I add the condition? In Item?

The l2jserver team could create a new custom zone, custom_noescape_zone.xml
