Are you using BETA or stable?
If you are using Freya, is it from SVN or nigthly?
Also what is the exact problem, what link do you click?
If you can post in English and your own language as well.

SVN is stable FREYA and the problem is that when you finish the quest you avant certifications to give you the skill and you get it

Avant is the skill that gives you the quest
sub class certification, in my almost when you
finish the quest and go for your skill tells you what
in the photo.
