[Problem] Cannot change weight limit

I searched but didn't find anything... My issues are that:

Weight Limit is x1. ( Set x5)
Buffs Duration ( ALL ) is 1 sec. ( I've tried with both skill duration list modified and not)

Yes, in my config i set them in right way ( or at least, in 2 months this was the right way..)

Any ideas? :S

(Don't know revision number, because server never told me.. BTW i got this issue after compiling today morning from svn repository..)..
