Changing the frequency of castle sieges

Changing the frequency of castle sieges

Hello,
We we ant to change the frequency between castle sieges to a shorter time. Where could I find the code of this in the core? The code is very long in the handlers, can't seem to find the right line.

well...castle sieges are bound to Seven Signs so you have to do something in that area as well..
