Lag spike happens when you use a skill, you lag for 10-15 seconds, then its normal until you use another skill or soe or...etc

I spent hours and hours looking into this because Im working on 3 dedicated servers and only one is causing this. Anyway, I solved the issue and it had to do with the hardware CPU Cores. The question for experts is: Why!!?

Intel Core 2 Quad Q9400.
Windows 2003 Standard 64Bit + 8GB Ram.

When the server is runing with 4 cores, the problem is there. When you disable 2 cores, the lag issue is gone and server running smooth.

I dont like the way the issue was solved and that I just lost 2 cores to solve the problem, so if you have any ideas how to solve it and keep the 4 cores at the same time, I would appreciate that!

Its unrelated to which skill or l2jserver in general. Its an issue that apears with certain type of hardware CPU + L2J + MySQL + Java.

More info could be fine, something like:
People online
Memory assigned to VM
...
and anyway, Java has a very good console to get in real time, what is happening.
It comes into jdk and is named jconsole.exe

Use it and report with those datas, that info will be great.
