I can not learn clan skills from any NPC
where error?

yes, i clan leader and clan level 5
clan reputation 10k, from admin cp

I go to the NPC in the warehouse or temple, click to learn skills and nothing happens

Я подхожу к нпс на складе или в храме, жму изучть скилы и ничего не происходит

where error?

1.You're not the CL.
2.You do not have enough fame.
3.You do not have enough players in clan.
4.You do not have the items.
5.You are an admin and you dont know how to use the admin menu

i learn skills on gm, it turns out there is not available

check your skills from gameserver/data/stats/skills there is the problem if you see the skills isnt available... or from mysql.. check that
