faild to load region / DC every time you get in 1 region!

server was ok and the night just i saw this errors .... players get disconect when they try join and then i see error about them and they region were they are , players told me this problem happens in zakens place 100% in other places like giran working ok
just tell me please how i can fix it !

either zone is messed up or there maps in there client are
