Hello Guys,

Is my first time running a l2jserver on my machine. Im doing that just for test characteres, skills, pvps, ... .

Installed applications: MySql x64 last version (working), Navicat 9.1.8 Premium (working), jdk1.6.0_23, L2J Revision 4420, L2JDP Revision 7664

The login server and the game server is running fine but i have a little problem when after login my account and cant enter in the game server, follow my screenshot.

your host file is wrong

Also, if you're using l2.ini, DON'T edit hosts file, and the other way around.
If you have problems, FIRST TRY SOLVING THEM YOURSELF, and if you get errors, TRY TO ANALYZE THEM, and ONLY if you can't help it, THEN ask here.
Otherwise you will never learn anything if all you do is copy-paste!

Hosts file fixed!

Ok, Im using only host file with l2off system right now, but still same error cant enter in the game server. follow SS ...

did you change something in the ipconfig.xml or in gameserver.properties? post here the file contents.

Im using l2jconfig.exe to game server and login server, i changed just it in both ...

password: 961069

and nothing in the ipconfig.xml, im using defautl settings for all.

try without changing the ip in the configs. just add your database config and nothing else. leave the ip without any change.

better use the latest revisions..

I did it, i restored all files, i can login (accept name and pwd) but can pass of the game server selection screen

Is the 4470 the latest version?? is recommended use a unstable version?

"Your protocole version is different please continue" thats why you cant log in also your server isnt freya..
Download new nightlies but this time freya not epilogue and try again.

In short - download the LATEST server files, update your client to the LATEST version, DON'T change anything except database password and put 127.0.0.1 l2authd.lineage2.com in your hosts file.
If you have problems, FIRST TRY SOLVING THEM YOURSELF, and if you get errors, TRY TO ANALYZE THEM, and ONLY if you can't help it, THEN ask here.
Otherwise you will never learn anything if all you do is copy-paste!
