Support for the latest build of L2J Server, get help here with installations, upgrades, problems.
Do not post bugs reports here, use viewforum.php?f=77 instead. There is no support for other server builds than the official provided by l2jserver.com

btw try to use MySQL 5.5.x instead of 5.1.X because is more fast.
I'm using 5.1 beacuse of PHP game projects and it's used for long time. I think it's about configuration, if you use default my.ini you can't await a good performance.
I had 2k8 1 month for testing and it doesn't fulfilled my expectations. I'm using Linux for many years and I'm happy.
and about DDOS atk in LINUX?
Because I saw few l2 servers many times in offline mode and with many warnings in forum and complains about DDOS attacks.
Windows 2008 Server R2 can't be down...
And it's not a problem about running W2k8 .. it's only about restarting time for L2J server^^. I have w2k8 R2 Enterprise and L2 Freya #1 working very good. Fast connections, no lag, very very stable.
I will try some different .ini configs for Mysql server and i will get the last update for Freya #2^^

lol
Why lol?! Practically i am not sure but... Microsoft says that Windows Server 2008 is the “most advanced and secure server operating system” that they have ever released.
Important:
Btw.. i saw today in Win. 2008 Server R2 and restart for Gameserver = 40 sec. (in background) and 12 minutes (on desktop application) ^^ Soo.. problem solved was not Mysql, L2JServer or another program Thx all for all answers.
