mysql in another hardware [solved]

There is no support for other server builds than the official provided by l2jserver.com

hy guys sorry for bad english . I searched the forum but no discussion has been helpful to me. how to set the server to have the mysql database to another machine? example: login and game, server 1 mysql : server 2 how i can connect ? p.s in case of wrong section move the topic . thanx all for help

you can change in configs URL = jdbc:mysql://mysqlserverip/l2jdb

ok work perfect another little question i can add core buffer in nightly pack?

Yes, the nightlies pack have the original l2j core buffer. Try to type //spawn sheila or shiela

i have tryed rin4oa buffer but in my limited harware is very slow . i can edit shiela ?

my hardare
vps
win 2000 32bit
3gbram
160 gb hd ssd
server load in 270-280 sec

Yes, but its limited to how much you can edit... go to html/mods and edit the htmls there. Go to navicat and edit the custom_npcbuffer table to add/remove buffs and set prices etc.

And dont use a VPS for an l2jserver

ty for help momo :D but tonight i moved sql server in another server (dual xenon 12 gb ram dedicated o.s windows server 2008r2) im using win2k in login and game server because windows xp in hyper-v don't respawn mob and start in 1456 sec (gs) p.s with rhis hardware have 65 player connected without lag during attak or pvp only during class change and buffer scheme creation :shock:

little edit : im using vps because server hosted in freewebfarm i'm pay only for sql server (10€month)
