How to put NPC???

How to put NPC for example BUFF ID 1000003 so after reboot of the server they too would be loaded?

uhm... write //spawn 1000003 and then reboot if you want. The NPC will be there afterwards.

because you dont check your gameserver console/logs and you dont use custom tables.
