So _DS_ you say that it could be the load on the network. Maybe a little lag. because after thereinstall of java and the recompile and reinstall of the server it has minimized to very few.
Well I'll let it be for now. If it gets more I'll need to upgrade the hardware indeed.
Thanks you guys.

Maybe try Control Panel/Java and delete the Java cache or did you already try that, also how much memory do you have and how much free hard drive space and speed of hard drives, what is your Internet speed for download and upload and does it very much, have you check the MySQL config settings and server config settings.
Have you tried to monitor CPU and Memory and what other services and Processes do you have running, have you check to make sure you don't have any ad-ware or virus, and if you have anti-virus software on the server try and disable it to see if it is the problem, are you using any 3rd party firewall software that could be checking every network packet in and out of the server, if this server is out of your home try and restart the modem and router or replace them if they are old if you have the money to do that.

We do use a modem but it's 2 months old. We use Hitman Pro 3.5 do scan for virusses and all kinds of ad-, mall- ware. I can't find this Java Cache delete. Not in the place you say it is. We use 1 TB HDD So it should be enough. We have no additional processes running what so ever. We use the latests Ecplise Compile (Compiled it 2 days ago). We never had this kind of problem. The only thing I can think of is that our internet connection is to low. Or that indeed our router/modem is checking every pack.

Re: [!HELP!]Character stops attack mob for no apparent reaso
same thing happen to me after changing some settings in General.propreties.
had to do with pathnodes. I dont remeber the exact setting but try to mess with geodata/pathnodes/CoordSynchronize(disable them) and i'm sure problem will go away. At least mine did.
atm i have CoordSynchronize = 2 which is bad if you have bad geodata and pathnodes.
anyway. gl

I'll try it, but,
I didn't use GeoData but had the folders in place. So I set Geo Data to 1 instead of 0.
Maybe that will work.
Lets hope.

Problem solved.
Download the latest Geodata and Pathnotes. Then set Geo Data in the config to 1 and your problem is gone.
YEAAAAH.

Search here on the forum. I don't exactly where anymore.
Just use search and type Geo Data.
Or get the latests Compile via Eclipse. I got it through there.
Hope this helps.
