Setup problems

Hi all,

I'm afraid this is a question that is asked many times, but I couldn't find it.

Anyway, I'm setting up a server on my PC.
I installed the db, changed the property's

When I try to execute RegisterGameServer.bat it gives me an error, that disapears immiditaly
The error:

Error occurred during initialization of VM Unable to load native library: Can't find dependend libraries

(not sure if it is VM or OM)

Anyway I hope someone can help me, because I really can't find the problem.
