Lure/hate skills

Hi everyone,
I would like to ask you if these skills can move the mobs everywhere until of course the skill run out?

Lure: Quietly lures an enemy.

Aura of Hate: Power to provoke nearby enemies to attack.
Someone once told me: "The easiest way of doing things, making them the hard way" ;)

Dunno exacly :P Back in the old times, mob had a certain range that he could follow someone. Back in the much more old times (C1 xD), mob could follow almost as far as you wished it to (I remember like yesterday aggro mob trains, going rampage on private shops in Gludio, most often preannounced by a "Heeeeeeeelp" on shout by the one that not intentionally took them all in to the town ;D Later on it was happening repeatedly, by ones that did that on purpose).

But, as I recall - now there is an max drift range (not only for raids), that when reached, makes mob loose interest and go back. At least it's on my serv :P
And in the next chronicle they went into space, fighting the evil empire... In a galaxy far, far away xD

I suggest, if the server got lag and delay because the players lure alot of mobs, 1st we need a rule about it (many mob can be lured at 1 time). I dunno much about server core and DB but i think we can improve the server quality by network transfer b4 we limit the number of mobs target 1 player.
