Increase general Chance of Soul Crys leveling

How do i increase the Chance of SoulCrys leveling? Its just around 7% chance from lvl 0 to level 1 now and i want it to be 50%.

where to edit this?

in data.xml there is no general chance given.

add chance attribute to given detail tag or in Q350_EnhanceYourWeapon.java change line 208 int chance = 5;
