Are (id:20340) Rune of Exp. Points 50% (7 Day Expiration Period) and (id:20345) Rune of SP 30% (7 Day Expiration Period) working? if not how can i make it?

As the skill the item triggers is "NOTDONE" (22039-2; ) it will not work yet.
