To be honest I'm not certain the Revision #s and the link you have ubove (http://www.l2jserver.com/wiki/Find_Revision) gives me a 404 page, I do know it's Freya and within the last couple weeks.

When a player submits a petition I'm not seeing any notification to the GMs, It used to say that a petition has been submitted, now adays I have no idea one is there unless I actually check... Is this a bug? normal for freya?

Input would be appreciated, and thanks in advance (sry for lack of revision info)

Check your ingame chat settings you might have it unticked
