gmshop, maybe rb drops... the recipes should still drop i think...

Most high lvl rbs drop the full item or recipe or both but rate is very low for these

i'm not sure if the ToI quest has been "updated", but Giant's Cave quests are not A-grade anymore.

Normal drop from RB, mobs, spoil too. Quests rewards, but many quests was changed.

I sugest you to install a drop calculator system connect it to the database and search for the item you need, you will find the mobs that drop it.
