[Assistance Requested] No Items Displaying in Shops

I am using the following with the updated revision of the Freya client (revision 216).

Server Version=4422 18 October 2010
Datapack Version=7669 18 October 2010

The login/game servers start without error, but once I am in game, there are no items displaying in shops, and mobs drop no items. Even if I use the GM commands to summon items, I get a message stating the item is in my inventory, but my inventory appears empty. Also, if I summon adena, I get a message stating it is in my inventory, but my inventory will still reflect 0 adena.

Does anyone know what is causing this, and how to fix it? Thanks in advance for any assistance.

I've reinstalled the servers from scratch using the latest from the L2J Nightlies, and updated the client and ran the file checker several times, rebooted the computer, restarted the servers, and I'm still experiencing the same problem.

The client is updated to Freya revision 216. I'm not getting any revision compatibility errors between the client and the servers.

I searched the forums for several hours, and other people have had the same problem periodically, but no definitive solution method was ever posted, so I'm trying to see if one of the resident geniuses here can help me.
