Skills on enemy not needing to hold ctrl

Ive made another simple test. Ive created some mystic human char then learn the HEAL skill.
Started PVP with another player, both purple, and tried to HEAL enemy. It didnt need ctrl pressed. I think this is wrong, it should need CTRL pressed in order to heal the pvp enemy

Yes, it's not retail like.
Also clan members (outside your's party) in Colliseum and duel cannot be attacked without pressing Ctrl. In retail you don't need press Ctrl to attack a clan member or a party member_in_duel.

Correct. But as I recall, healing flagged player makes healer also flagged.

i've been playing cardi on l2.ru for 1.5 year, and i can confirm that on flagged enemy heal and any good spell (purify, restore, buffs etc.) is using only pressing ctrl. Only is situation if you started casting major heal for example on yourself or your partymember and you get agression by an enemy (bd, sws, tanks etc) - your cast wil be finished on that enemy.

So, without force cast (ctrl or useskillforce) you cannot cast a good skill on flagged player if he is not in your party or clan.
