access to the server and ping 9999

Since freya, only me can log to my server. Other ppl cant...
they have ping 9999 and nothing happen. I check the statu of login gm only and he is disabled...

Need a fast help for resolve that.
I already tested with disabled my firewall and tryed with a full reinstall of freya... Nothing...
only me can log inside. All other ppl blocked to the server choise.
