Ice Queen frost effect
in Freya update there was added "_displayEffect" variable to npcs, as I understand, it should be responsible for causing frost effect on player's screen while raiding Ice Queen, who knows id of this effect?

Seems you should be able to trace back a effect from a working skill such as frost bolt or similar?
Makes no claim to know anything about anything.
