I cant find Elegia/Vorpal recipes.

Are these items craftable?

As far as I remember there were only vesper and moirai recipes, don't have the screenshots saved so can't be sure.
If you have problems, FIRST TRY SOLVING THEM YOURSELF, and if you get errors, TRY TO ANALYZE THEM, and ONLY if you can't help it, THEN ask here.
Otherwise you will never learn anything if all you do is copy-paste!

I think you get it from Alpen Cougar and Alpen Kookaburra in 3 stage... on retail.. don't know if its implemented yet in this release you have to check it.

Hehe, When Vesper was drop-only it was sealed too, you cant find foundation/rare version of drop-only armours, that's all.

Like Probe said there is no recipe, at least isn't in Freya.
