ERROR in server

Hi first time posting i ussally search the forum for all my ansers. Cause ussaly i no the first one to incounter something, but i cant find this one.. and maybe some can help me. this isnt a server crash error just an error that comes up alot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and i mean alot.. if someone can lead me in a dirrection where to fix i will take the care of the rest.
