Navicat Data Synchronization Guide for l2j?

I wasnt sure where to post this. But is there any guide about how to use the data synch feature of navicat? I remember it was the best way to update your database. Thanks.

since "Navicat Lite" not exist anymore, there is no support/talk allowed about this in L2J forums, due Navicat is shareware.
