L2J UACM: Debug build

Hello everyone,
I know that theres already an account managment tool around written in php,but my vision is an generic desktop program in which you can manage your user accounts by connecting to the mysql db.So i present a "raw" debug build of my program,for now no real features are added but most of the hard stuff is already coded(see notes.txt).If decent group of people will find the idea of continuing the development of this tool useful i will continue development.Everyone with C# knowledge would be free to joing the development process.

To run it you'll need .Net framework 3.5 If you encounter any problems when running the program pleae consider
posting error log here(incorrect mysql host,or invalid user password errors do not count ) Also see notes.txt

Please post your opinions.Is such tool needed,or the already developed version of account manager in php by deadalus is enough?
