Gm's cannot drop/trade NonDroppable items?

Hello,

As far i know, GM could trade/drop NonDroppable/tradable items before the last revision in standard config.
iam wrong? If so where do i configure this? (i want gm to be able to drop/trade weapons with aug)

Nope. Never. Though L2jmatrix/emu/something has this feature. Go search their timelines.
