Siege Guards Problem

Siege Guards Problem

Big problem I have last version of Gracia L2j
Owner of castle can buy 100000 Guards and they spawn them in the same spot (i cant find a way to limit Guards they buy allot ) when siege starts lag starts u cant move near the castle after they buy 10000 guards and place them in same location.

If some one know how to limit guards buy (i know is max 200 ) pls tell me and how i stop players to spawn 200 guards in the same location

In my opinion is a big problem..... Ty
