those 2 pictures were taken on the same machine within minutes of each other without any settings changed in windows,
just changed which system file i launched them from

So you launched the first two from a different .exe than the other two?just changed which system file i launched them from

And the "never stack" option is selected?

That might work, but i think its odd that it does it when i change which .exe i launch from
