hi , i have a problem on my server nobody can't create clan , raise the level, i have check the html , the log but i don't see error.
I go to the npc , i click on clan then create clan and nothing happend

I'm using the Hellbound (almost "prelude" lol ) data/server.
L2J Server Version 2340
L2J Datapack Version 4995
