Works for me, but the latency is horrible, maybe its a network issue.

Well I'm ok with that as long as you can get on. All you did was put my stuff in your host file? Could it be something wrong with the system folder if my friend can't get on?

Your friend must target your wan ip to connect at your server...editing client (l2.ini) or editing host...
