are there any live clean and legal High Five L2Jserver ecosystems there? I mean L2j server + unmodified client.

No idea about other projects, we are the official L2J Server project and we are clean and legal.

With missing raids and stuff on every chronicle
Only High Five is complete before High Five everything is a mess, missing stuff, quests, raids, everything ...
