L2J Server

Hello guys!! Today i installed new high five server database without errors , gameserver loads without errors to , but then i use skills (all skills) i got error message - Skill not implemented. Skill ID
What should i do? Whats wrong with my database? or maby game client? I can't use teleport scrolls and unstuck command..
I am working with these server files
