In AbstractNpcInfo.java Line 181, this writeD is even commented as title color.

I didn't see a D for name color. It is not possible on the server side.

This are players, fake pcs are presented to the client as normal player, hence the name.u3games wrote:Fake player edit name and title color...

It is not possible to change name color for npcs.
