Looking for a Teleport

Hello Guy's!
I'm looking for a script wich is capable to teleport party's into a instance, with specified player number.
Like freya etc just simpler.
Some of the working.
Lets take a necropolis. In basic you have a lvl60 necro.
But if you go to the ziggurat it could offer more options like,
Enter Patriot Necro, with party Lvl85+ (9)
And its porting the player's into an instance where patriots have 85+ mobs.
