NPC Problem

I have a weird problem. When I try to talk to Clarissa in Giran, I double click her and nothing opens up but if I try to move says "you cannot move while speaking to an NPC. One moment please." I don't see any error in the gameserver. Thanks
Update: Seems I might have done something wrong when putting the L2J-Event Engine in. I rebuilt server files without putting the event engine in and now I can talk to all NPCs.
