L2J Server

Hello,

is there any delay for using Vitality Points?
I set u a H5 Server and made a new character. Per default I have 20000 Points -> 300% Exp.
But it stays there.. i made 7 levels and it's still full.
Any advice?

Try to hunt 50-60 level mobs and see if still not drop.

Thank you. It starts consuming with level 10. Funny this isn't even mentioned on the original Website of Lineage...
